Your image stays local.

Editing happens on your device. Some tools download a model first; the image itself is not uploaded for processing.

A LITTLE KNOW-HOW

Make the next choice easier.

FILE SIZE

Smaller bytes or fewer pixels?

Lossless compression preserves image data. Resizing changes dimensions. A target-size compressor can do both to meet an upload limit.

PRINT & DIMENSIONS

Plan a print before you resize.

A 2400 × 3000 image prints at 8 × 10 inches at 300 PPI. Calculate the size first, then decide whether you need more pixels.

AI & PROVENANCE

A visible logo is only one layer.

The Gemini corner logo and invisible SynthID are different systems. Learn what our visible-logo edit changes and what it cannot verify.

Are all image tools free?

Yes. All image tools and calculators are available without payment or an account. Optional accounts let you view activity recorded while signed in. File and dimension safeguards depend on each tool and protect browser memory; they are not paid restrictions.

Which tool should I use to make an image smaller?

Use Compress Image for lossless optimization without resizing. Use Compress to Size when a form requires a file below a particular KB or MB limit. Use Resize Image to change its pixel dimensions. The target-size tool can change quality or dimensions, so inspect its result before saving.

Do you upload my image files?

Image processing runs in your browser. Image files are not uploaded for processing. Some tools download AI models or other resources first. Numeric usage metadata may be recorded, and optional accounts and contact messages are stored on the server. Read our privacy policy for details.

Which image formats are supported?

Most tools accept JPG, PNG and WebP. Dedicated converters also accept HEIC or static SVG. Each workspace lists its supported input and output formats. Use PNG or WebP for transparency; JPG requires a solid background.

Can I still remove a visible Gemini watermark?

Yes. Open the dedicated Gemini Watermark Remover from the tool library. It targets a supported visible corner logo and lets you compare results. It does not detect or remove invisible SynthID, and an uncertain match keeps the original file unchanged.

Does AI upscaling recover the original detail?

AI upscaling estimates new pixels to produce a larger image. It cannot guarantee recovery of missing detail, and may change textures, text or facial features. Compare the output at 100% before using it. A larger image also uses more device memory.
