A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE
Prepare one source for a smaller, correctly framed export.
A saved crop preset must fit the new source. Enlargement is blocked; adjusting pixels cannot recover missing source detail.
Examples illustrate specific inputs and settings. Actual output size and appearance depend on your file and browser. Practice images are synthetic; they do not contain personal data.
GOOD TO KNOW
No. Every preview and export is rebuilt from the original decoded image. The sequence crops, resizes proportionally, then adjusts brightness, contrast and saturation. Your original file stays unchanged.
Undo and redo retain up to 30 setting changes. Save up to eight named presets on this device. Presets contain settings, not image files. A crop preset must fit inside the next image.
PNG preserves the edited decoded pixels without additional encoding loss. Crop, resize and color changes alter pixels intentionally. JPG and WebP exports are lossy even at their highest quality setting.
